The professional strength Pellexasil Clear Nail Formula is a proprietary, breakthrough treatment for the thickened, dystrophic and cosmetically unattractive nails that are associated with onychomycosis. The anyhdrous ingredients that make Pellexasil unique offer a one-two punch to penetrate affected areas and clear the affected nail. Unlike other products, Pellexasil has been engineered to saturate the periungual space and access the subungual infection bed. This delivers key anti-septic ingredients directly to the fungus quickly and efficiently. No other commercially available product can deliver its active agent to the hard to reach areas that incubate fungus. Pellexasil does just this, and begins to work immediately.
Pellexa Research conducted an independent, 3rd party laboratory experiment assessing efficacy of Pellexasil against the most common dermatophyte Trichophyton mentagrophytes. Results showed total elimination of fungal hyphae and spores only 15 seconds after application. Regrowth of fungus did not occur.

Most cases of toenail fungus stem from tinea pedis infections of the surrounding skin. Interdigital spaces provide an ideal site for fungus to grow and thrive. Pellexasil Clear Nail Formula provides an anhydrous (no water) formula that promotes dryness, further eliminating the conditions that promote fungal proliferation. In addition to the clearance of nails and elimination of favorable growth environment, the patient will experience rapid soothing of the itching, flaking and burning associated with the periungual and interdigital skin infections.
When applied with the given brush as directed, patients with distal subungual onychomycosis will first start to notice onycholysis of the nail from the nailbed within 1-2 months. The underlying nailbed will look like healthy, normal skin. The patient will clip the affected nail as it grows out and clear, healthy nail will grow in its place. Patients will also note the discoloration will significantly subside as well. Patients with endonyx or superficial onychomycosis infections will likely experience clearance differently. The nail will shed or flake from the ventral surface until clear, smooth nails replace affected ones.
